China has paid more and more attention to the green food industry in these years.In the face of new development trends and the environment,green meat food processing companies should be based on actual conditions within their groups,continuously optimize their strategies,while consolidating internal advantages and constantly optimize their disadvantages to adapt to the development of the situation in the new economic environment.To maintain the company's market share and improve the core competitiveness,management of internal performance has become the key to adapting to the new situation.Shuanghui Group is a green meat food processing company with decades of history.In the process of continuous development,the Group's strategic focus is constantly shifting,and management of internal performance is constantly changing.At present,the performance management method of Shuanghui Group's market operation department,which is centered on traditional finance,has severely deviated from the group's strategic development and is no longer suitable for the group's new era development requirements.This paper mainly uses the theoretical knowledge related to the balanced scorecard,analyzes the current situation of Shuanghui Group's internal market operation department,and combines theory and practice to demonstrate the performance management of Shuanghui Group's market operation department in several aspects.Standing on a balanced scorecard perspective uses the SWOT matrix to analyze the correlation between the four dimensions of the market operation department.The main purpose is to design and establish performance management for Shuanghui Group's market operations department based on the balanced scorecard.To explore the necessity of existence in-depth,this paper uses the method of combining theory with practice to analyze the performance management of the Shuanghui Group's market operation department.Moreover,to ensure the objectivity of qualitative analysis,a questionnaire survey method is used to support the objectivity of the data.
