With the rapid development of the Internet,e-commerce has a huge potential,and become one of the important industries of modern service industry.With the continuous improvement of people's material consumption demand level and commodity personalized demand level,C2 B e-commerce model has become the evolution trend of future e-commerce model,which will increasingly catch up with and even replace B2 C e-commerce model,becoming a new opportunity for the development of e-commerce enterprises.As the C2 B e-commerce model has become the development trend of the future e-commerce model,many e-commerce websites have also began to development C2 B business,such as the commodity pre-sale business of T-mall with deposit.Among many e-commerce enterprises,pinduoduo,with its unique C2 B e-commerce profit model,has rapidly developed particularly fast among e-commerce enterprises,and the market value even become the second after taobao.But for pinduoduo,its profit situation is not optimistic,its own profit level and sales income is not proportional,although through the listing to attract investment,but still operating at a loss.This cause the reflection on the profit model of C2 B e-commerce.The majority of e-commerce enterprises in China ignore the construction of the network platform and the cost of acquiring customers,which makes the profitability of enterprises continue to weaken,and the profit expectations continue to delay,pinduoduo is no exception.In this case,it is particularly important to study pinduoduo C2 B e-commerce profit model.On the one hand,it can provide a reference scheme for pinduoduo's development,on the other hand,it can also provide reference for other enterprises that want to enter the C2 B e-commerce profit model.In this paper,pinduoduo is selected as the research object.On the basis of studying the profit model of e-commerce in academic circles at home and abroad,case study and other methods are adopted to analyze and study the profit model of pinduoduo C2 B e-commerce.Firstly,the components of pinduoduo C2 B e-commerce profit model are analyzed,mainly including the user scope,user value,related activities,revenue source,ability and persistence.Then,on the basis of the analysis,it summarizes the four types of problems in pinduoduo C2 B e-commerce profit model,and then probes into the causes of the four types of problems from the strategic level,the business level and the financial level.At the strategic level,pinduodu's competitive strategy,marketing strategy and development strategy are analyzed in detail.At the business level,it is mainly analyzed and explained by the five indicators of pinduodu's operating revenue,GMV,quarterly average MAU,annual active users and unit price of customers.The financial level also selected five indicators: in terms of profitability,the financial index of gross sales margin was selected;In terms of operational capacity,the total assets turnover is selected as a financial indicator;In terms of return on investment,the financial index of return on equity is selected.In addition,the margin and expenses are also selected for further analysis in the pin-duo profit statement.Finally,on the premise of synthesizing the causes of pinduoduo C2 B e-commerce profit model,Suggestions for optimization and improvement are proposed for the four types of problems.
