In the era of ever-developed Internet,e-commerce technology has become a hot spot of development nowadays,and it has received the attention of many companies and the government's strong support.Among them,B2 B,as an inter-enterprise marketing relationship in the Internet market,is widely used in the present.The main purpose of a profitable company is to obtain profits.For a B2 B e-commerce company to have multiple profit models,it is particular ly important for the company to obtain profit in the long run by choosing an appropriate profit model.At present,more and more companies have entered the B2 B e-commerce field with the industry background,and have chosen a sub-sector to change from a traditional transaction model to an online transaction.The choice of profit model is also different.Among them,although the size of the plastics industry has continued to expand,it is very difficult for traditional plastics traders to seek profits because of overcapacity and asymmetric market information.As a result,many plastics traders have transformed from offline to online."My Plastic Net" is one of the earliest companies to enter the B2 B vertical e-commerce,from traditional offline distribution to online self-employment,and its profit model is constantly explor ing and practising,striving to open up market growth space.This article studies the profit model of "My Plastics Net" and conducts relevant financial analys is on its profitability.First of all,through the overview of related theories,we combine the five major elements of the profit model: profit point,profit source,profit target,profit leverage,and profit barrier to specifically analyze the profit model of “My Plastic Net”.Second,it analyzes the overall profitability of the company in terms of cost,income,operating status,and asset returns.After discovering that “My Plastics Net” has gone online,the company's operating income and net profit have increased significantly after engaging in online transactions,but due to its profit model,the financial results such as lower gross profit margin.At the same time,it compares and analyzes profitability levels of profitable models with different profitable models and competitive “China Plastic Online”.The "My Plastic Net" profit model is positioned in the self-operated model,that is,through the distribution of plastic raw materials to obtain profits,while the profit model of "China Plastic Online" is positioned in the matc hing model,through advertising fees,VIP service fees,corporate electronics Business profits,business media services,industry exhibition services,etc.to obtain profits,this paper analyzes the different financial results of the two different profit models,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the two.Finally,according to the relevant analysis results,the problems existing in the profit model of “My Plastics Net” were identified,and the problems such as the existence of a single source of profit,the low gross profit rate of the profit model,the weak corporate profit competition,and credit risk were summarized.It also proposes to improve profit sources,expand relevant businesses in the existing market to increase profit sources,attract new profit targets,explore profitable channels,strengthen service features to consolidate profit barriers,and strengthen credit system construction to deal with credit risk recommendations.For other related plastics and vertical industries e-commerce in the selection of profit models and operations to provide reference.
