In the daily management of enterprise project,cost management is an important part.It is of great significance to require systematic,scientific and reasonable management and control of enterprises for promoting production increase and expenditure saving,strengthening economic accounting,improving enterprise management and improving the overall management level of enterprises.With the continuous exploration of many experts and scholars at home and abroad,the project cost management system is constantly improved,and the management methods are also numerous and diverse.In this paper,combined with the cost management and project characteristics of metro rail transit integrated monitoring project.First of all,introduce the status quo of domestic and foreign research theories and research methods.Secondly,it expounds the related theory of project cost management,including the concept and composition of project cost,the connotation,task,characteristics and methods of project cost management.Then,the process of project cost management is formulated so that the cost can be effectively controlled,and the main factors affecting project cost management are analyzed,and relevant problems are put forward in combination with the actual situation.Finally,in order to better analyze the status of the project cost management in the implementation of the rail transit integrated monitoring project at this stage,taking the C Metro integrated monitoring project as an example,the earned value method is used in the project implementation and cost management,and the corrective measures are taken to improve the project and enterprise income,and at the same time,the project management effect can be effectively evaluated.This paper uses the theory and method of project cost management to identify and evaluate the cost management of C metro rail transit integrated monitoring project,take the corresponding cost management measures,and summarize and make suggestions on cost management,hoping to help project managers better control the cost with theoretical knowledge and combined with the experience of actual project and cost management,In order to achieve the overall objectives of the project.
