Study On The Evaluation Of Agricultural Development Quality In Qinghai Province

As the basic industry of national economy,agriculture has a very important impact on the economic development of a region.With the development of agricultural modernization and the proposal of supply side reform,the level of rural economic and social development in Qinghai Province has been greatly improved.People began to change from production oriented to quality oriented,and began to pursue higher quality of life.People began to pay more attention to the quality of agricultural development.Therefore,based on reading a large number of documents and materials,this paper studies the evaluation of the quality of agricultural development in Qinghai Province.After analyzing the current situation of agricultural development in Qinghai Province,an evaluation index system for the quality of agricultural development in Qinghai Province is established.The index system is composed of main index and auxiliary index.The main index consists of four dimensions: input level,output level,supply structure and coordinated development The auxiliary index is composed of input-output efficiency evaluation and obstruction degree evaluation.In this paper,we first use the main indicators to calculate the weight of the indicators of the quality of agricultural development in Qinghai Province and analyze the balance of regional agricultural development,and then use the auxiliary indicators to further evaluate the quality of agricultural development in Qinghai Province.Through the research,we can see that the main obstacles to the improvement of the quality of development are the lag of industrialization,the low level of agricultural science and technology,and the rural labor force The overall quality is low,the agricultural environment pollution is serious,the income gap between urban and rural residents is large,and the overall income generating capacity of animal husbandry is not strong.After summing up the results of the above evaluation and research,we hope to help Qinghai Province improve the quality of agricultural development,produce more high-quality products to meet people's needs,and realize the pattern of agricultural modernization development.
