Evaluation Index System Of The Development About Agricultural Machinery Extension Level Informatization In China

Agricultural machinery extension plays a vital role in the early realization of agricultural modernization in China.The arrival of the information age provides new opportunities for the innovation of agricultural machinery extension system.As one of the components of the national informatization strategy,agricultural informatization will have a positive and far-reaching impact on the cause of agriculture,countryside and farmers.It is imperative to integrate agricultural machinery promotion and informatization.The informatization of agricultural machinery promotion will become an inevitable choice to keep pace with the times and serve agriculture,countryside and farmers.Base on the analysis of the research results of agricultural informationization,evaluation index and evaluation method of rural informationization in China,aiming at the current situation and existing problems of agricultural machinery extension System in China,this paper carries out the evaluation research of agricultural machinery extension informationization.The analysis of the composition and basic functions of agricultural machinery promotion system in China,the basic mode of information dissemination of agricultural machinery extension system is sorted out,the channels of information dissemination are analyzed,the main body of information dissemination of agricultural machinery extension system is analyzed,and the concept,characteristics and construction significance of agricultural machinery extension informatization are refined.Candidate indicators for evaluation of Agricultural Machinery Extension informatization in China are put forward by using the comprehensive index method of informatization,and the index selection is completed by Delphi method.The evaluation index system of 4 basic layers and 13 indicators is refined.The weight of the evaluation index system is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process through expert opinion survey.The corresponding data are collected and the informatization of agricultural machinery extension in China in 2013-2016 is completed.Index calculation.The results show that the informatization level of agricultural machinery promotion in China has increased steadily from 2013 to 2016,in which the growth rate in 2015-2016 is obviously higher than that in the earlier period.The trend analysis of the four baseline factors constituting the informatization index shows that the development trend of the infrastructure index is obviously stronger than that of the other three indicators,which is due to the vigorous promotion of telecommunications by our government in recent years.The fee-cutting and speed-up initiative of industrial operators has made Internet equipment more affordable and affordable for farmers,and has prepared the infrastructure for agricultural production to use the Internet to obtain more agricultural equipment and agricultural technology information efficiently.Although the operation effect index and talent resource index have shown an upward trend in the overall development of four years,the growth trend is not obvious enough,and they have not exceeded the development level index of agricultural machinery promotion informationization in the same period.They have little contribution to the development of agricultural machinery promotion informationization.Most of the indicators of operation effect are outcome indicators,and their data situation is more feedback to the work of agricultural machinery promotion informationization.The effect of the exhibition.Therefore,more consideration should be given to how to improve the indicators in the indicator level of human resources in future work.The resource utilization index declined considerably from 2013 to 2014,and then developed steadily in the next three years.The overall downward trend shows that the current agricultural machinery promotion informationization work still lacks in the utilization of information resources.We should use the good development of infrastructure to prevent the dissemination and learning of information resources,and help agricultural machinery promotion to achieve new achievements.
