The Evaluation And Establishment Of Indicator System For Ditermination Of Agricultural Development Mode

China is at an important period of the reform. Development of agriculture can effectively enhance China’s current dynamism of economy. Accelerating the transformation of agricultural development, to Achieve the goal of modernize agriculture, which is an important component of the socialist cause. Especially since The eighteenth congress of CCP,our country highlighted the importance of accelerating efforts to propose changes in agricultural development.According to China’s national conditions, the concept of land transfer has been made and China has been continuously perfecting it from policy and law.From the background that goverment has been paying more attention to agriculture, the article analyzed the practical significance and theoretical significance of construction of agricultural development mode index system.studying the realization of agricultural modernization of American and Japan, analysing the course and the present situation of their agricultural development mode,then set up the theoretical two-level index and three-level index from production, organization, efficiency and effectiveness, industrialization, Sustainability five aspects of agricultural production.Then the system calculated degree and value of the influence about these indexes by Analytic Hierarchy Process and consistency test. It selected the data of thirty-one provinces about agricultural during 2011-2013, classified and analyzed them. Finally It gived the suggestions and the overall evaluation to the mode of agricultural development about China.
