Research On The Problem Of Risk Sharing And Benefit Distribution In The Old Community Communication Reconstruction Project Under IPD Mode

As an important work of people's livelihood in response to the national "broadband China" strategy,the communication renovation project of old residential areas is being carried out in full swing.Because this kind of project involves many subjects and the situation is complex,it is easy to have coordination difficulties and low cooperation quality in the construction process.Project cost control is difficult,project management is inefficient and so on.Under the traditional project management mode,project participants operate in their own way.The goal of maximizing their own interests is not conducive to cooperation and communication,and it is difficult to solve the difficulties faced by communication transformation projects in old residential areas.IPD mode(Integrated Project Delivery)as a new Project management pattern in the late 1990 s at the earliest,is widely applied in the construction industry and achieved great success,the practice proved that the IPD mode to the relevant parties to create a good atmosphere of cooperation,to provide new ideas for Project management work,saving the Project cost at the same time improve the work efficiency.Therefore,the application of IPD mode in the communication renovation project of the old community can better improve the status quo of such projects.In the communication to the old village renovation project of the characteristics,current situation and the core of the IPD mode,organization system and so on contents of research,based on the analysis of old village renovation project communication application IPD mode of advantage,also found that existing in the application process including technical barriers,three main obstacles of project risk sharing and profit distribution.Further analysis of the problems in the application process shows that technical obstacles will be better solved with the further development of BIM technology.Therefore,this paper will focus on the study of risk sharing and income distribution to find appropriate solutions.Aiming at the problem of project risk sharing,this paper proposes to use FAHP fuzzy analytic hierarchy process + entropy weight method to calculate the risk sharing proportion of main participants.Communication at the same time,in view of the IPD mode of old village renovation in Shapley value method is used to model the income distribution issues,on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the parties into resources,risk sharing,three kinds of factors affecting participants contribution degree and form correct Shapley value method,make the benefits of participating members more fair,transparent and reasonable.It solves the problem of risk sharing and income distribution in the communication renovation project of the old community under the IPD mode,greatlyimproves the work enthusiasm of all participants of the project,and promotes the better application of THE IPD mode in the communication renovation project of the old community.
