Study On The Efficiency Of Financial Poverty Alleviation Funds In Area X Of Shandong Province

In order to change the backward productivity and difficult living conditions in poverty-stricken areas,the government set up special financial funds for poverty alleviation to support poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas,so as to improve the local economic development and the overall quality of the population.Poverty alleviation funds are an important guarantee to assist poverty alleviation.With the development of poverty alleviation,the use of poverty alleviation funds has changed from the blood-transfusion type of poverty alleviation,which was originally given individual subsidies,to the hematopoietic type of poverty alleviation,such as poverty alleviation industry,poverty alleviation workshop,financial poverty alleviation,education poverty alleviation,etc.Now,the role of poverty alleviation funds has been continuously played in many fields to solve the problem of weak internal At the same time,the government has issued the "Measures for the Management of Financial Special Poverty Alleviation Funds" and other documents,constantly strengthening the supervision of financial poverty alleviation funds,clarifying the requirements for the use of poverty alleviation funds,and striving to better play the role of poverty alleviation funds and improve the efficiency of the use of poverty alleviation funds.In this paper,how to improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation funds,comprehensive use of literature analysis,statistical analysis and other methods of research.Firstly,the current research methods and efficiency evaluation theory of poverty alleviation funds are briefly summarized.Then,the overall situation of poverty alleviation,the use of funds and the basic attributes of poverty-stricken people in Area X are analyzed to understand the current situation of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation.The efficiency analysis indicators are constructed,and the input and output indicators are analyzed by factor analysis method.The effects of various funds on poverty alleviation are studied from the perspective of statistics.On this basis,this paper analyses the problems in the use of poverty alleviation funds,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the efficiency of the use of financial funds.This paper draws the following conclusions: First,through factor analysis method to establish a model,it is concluded that the overall situation of poverty alleviation in Area X is getting better and better from 2013 to 2016,in which the efficiency of poverty alleviation funds in 2015 is the highest.Second,the investment of poverty alleviation funds is positively correlated with the effect of poverty alleviation.The investment of poverty alleviation projects is more efficient in poverty alleviation,and the investment of poverty alleviation in aquaculture industry is decreasing year by year.3.Poverty caused by illness and low employment skills are the common characteristics of poor people in Area X.More medical and educational security should be provided.This paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as paying attention to whether industrial poverty alleviation can promote local development,making comprehensive use of various funds such as financial poverty alleviation,providing medical and educational support,perfecting the management system and strengthening the supervision of funds.
