Poverty alleviation is a social work,which mainly in order to help people in poor areas drive economic development,promote production and get rid of poverty.Besides,it can support the poor and change the status of poverty in poor areas.The targeted poverty alleviation policy implemented by China is a new measure promoted by Chin a.Precision poverty alleviation development is an important institutional reform for the new situation of society,government and markets.This paper combs the research results of precision poverty alleviation at home and abroad,.At the same time,it finds that the theory of poverty alleviation was first prop osed in Europe,and the theory of precision poverty alleviation was proposed by Chin a,which is a poverty alleviation policy suitable for China's national conditions.Accor ding to the actual situation of precision poverty alleviation work in County C of Liao ning,I take poor villages and poor people as research objects,and use literature meth od,questionnaire survey method as well as interview method as basic research method s.I put forward countermeasures and methods suitable for county C precision povert y alleviation work by fielding visits to some poor villages in County C of Liaoning a nd conducting actual interviews related to the staff,based on the new public manage ment theory and governance theory,analyzing the current situation of precision poverty alleviation work.Combining the actual situation of precision poverty alleviation work i n County C and comparing it with other counties and cities,the following problems h ave emerged in the current work: limited precision poverty alleviation methods,large gaps in funds for precision poverty alleviation,inadequate resources for precision povert y alleviation and third-party assessment needs to be improved.Based on the analysis and research on the problems of targeted poverty alleviation in County C,we will ana lyze the reasons for the problems and give corresponding strategies:first,consolidate the existing poverty alleviation methods and develop new methods of poverty alleviation in County C.Second,make every effort to coordinate financial operations and promot e county C Economic development.Third,strengthen the construction of county C assist ance teams,refining the structure of poverty alleviation teams.Fourth,optimize assessm ent details and improve the third-party assessment work mechanism in county C.
