On The Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Faku County Liaoning Province

Since the 18th national congress of the Communist Party of China,our country has integrated targeted poverty alleviation into a "four comprehensive" strategic layout,we vigorously implemented targeted poverty alleviation,and in order to complete the poverty alleviation goal,we need to do "six accurate".The 19th CPC national congress' report proposed that we should seek more interest and solves more problems for the people's livelihood.The word "poverty alleviation" was mentioned more than 10 times.Its core essence is the government-led,and face up to all kinds of poverty,we should be concentrated and gathered all kinds of resources,focus on the poor areas and poor objects,improve and enhance the poverty alleviation work efficiency and quality.Compare to extensive poverty alleviation,we promoted targeted poverty alleviation according to the poverty of different region,environment,peasant households.We should take scientific and effective program to implement assistance to indentify,help and manage the poverty accurately.In this paper,we use literature analysis,field investigation,interview methods to analysis the causes of the poverty and poverty problems and causes in Faku County deeply.Combined with work experience and thoughts of the writer,we put forward a theory that in order to solve poverty problems,we should put forward to quality poverty alleviation fundamentally which means we should provide wisdom first to poverty alleviation and according to this theory,we put forward the concrete countermeasures to solve poverty alleviation problems in Faku County.
