Research On The Causes And Control Counter Measures Of IPO Audit Risk Of High-tech Enterprises

High-tech enterprises have become an important force in the era of knowledge economy and a key technology industry at the current stage of development.The rapid development of high-tech industries plays an important role in promoting economic growth,increasing employment,and technological innovation.However,high-tech enterprises have a large demand for funds in the process of rapid development,and there is a high desire for initial public offerings in the stock market,which has caused some financial frauds and fraudulent listings.After fraudulent packaging of financial statements was successfully listed,the performance of high-tech companies declined sharply,causing serious long-term negative impacts on investors throug the securities market.When auditing an IPO of a high-tech enterprise,the audit institution puts forward higher requirements for audit risk control.Therefore,the control of the IPO audit risk of high-tech enterprises can improve the audit quality,reduce the uncertainty in the securities market,and reduce the risk caused by information asymmetry.This paper combines the essential characteristics of IPO audit of high-tech enterprises,and studies the IPO audit risk of high-tech enterprises from the perspective of game.Make assumptions about the expected utility of the three participants of hightech enterprises,accounting firms and the China Securities Regulatory Commission,build a game model to find a balanced solution,and analyze it.Taking the IPO audit of JY company by an accounting firm as an example,the behavior choices and IPO audit risks of JY company,accounting firm,and CSRC are analyzed.The research significance of this article is to combine game theory and case analysis to analyze the causes of IPO audit risk of high-tech enterprises,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the control of IPO audit risk.When analyzing the influencing factors of IPO audit risk control of high-tech enterprises from different participants' perspectives,different results will be obtained.This paper proposes suggestions for the control of IPO audit risk of high-tech enterprises by constructing game models and data analysis,in order to control IPO audit risk within a reasonable range,improve audit quality,and provide more authentic and reliable information to the market.
