Our country be in the process of economic restructuring in which technological progress and innovation will play an important role. High-tech enterprises as an important carrier of scientific and technological innovation, can bring great impetus for economic development. Along with the rapid development of science and technology, new and high technology enterprise innovation or technical progress, is increasingly reliant on multi-disciplinary talents of mutual cooperation. The technology innovation valid organization form of High-tech enterprise is to build a flexible, mutual complement and efficient work groups namely team. High-tech enterprise is made up by innovative members, this kind of high IQ employees both independence, creative, also have distinct personality. Team members and between enterprise and between team members, existing cooperation and competition relationship, due to natural attributes. How to effectively high-tech enterprise team management, reduce the loss of internal team competition, improve the efficiency of the team's work which is the important topic of human resources management in High-tech enterprise. Enterprises should to improve the level of cooperation of employees to form a team of operational system of benign, the team must be combined with features of high-tech enterprise, and a reasonable incentive and restraint system must be established. These need to analysis the behavior choice of team employees. Game theory is the study of behavior subject correlation and interaction of discipline. Enterprise management personnel just understand it in Theoretical level. This paper attempts to relevant knowledge of the game theory, combined with High-tech technology enterprise team employee behavior characteristic, constructing the high-tech enterprise management team game model for team employees and take this choice to analysis this strategy. Maybe in high-tech enterprises actual management work, reduce conflicts, improve the working efficiency of the team by using the motivation and restraint system of basic model in High-tech enterprise cooperation - competition mode.
