Research On The Satisfaction Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation For Poor Households In The New Era

In order to achieve the full construction of a well-off society on schedule,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has put forward a targeted poverty alleviation strategy.Unlike the previous flood irrigation of poverty alleviation resources,targeted poverty alleviation injects resources into poor villages and poor households for precise drip irrigation.Through accurate poverty alleviation measures such as poverty target identification and precise assistance,a poverty alleviation mechanism with the focus on films,work to villages,and poverty alleviation to households was formed.The project entered villages,cadres and villages,and a targeted poverty alleviation motion began from the country to the village.Rural society is the terminal of national poverty management,and the implementation field of targeted poverty alleviation.The direct perception of the targeted poverty alleviation by the poor comes from the rural poverty alleviation work.The achievement of the national poverty governance goals depends largely on the Policy implementation of targeted poverty alleviation by rural cadres.Therefore,the evaluation of accurate poverty alleviation should sink into the rural society,with poor households as the main body of evaluation,and satisfaction as the measure.The research methods used in this article include literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.The full text consists of six chapters.The first chapter determines the research ideas and research contents of this article by combing the domestic research direction,achievements and research status of precision poverty alleviation.The second chapter sorts out the theoretical origins of accurate poverty alleviation.Before the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a series of poverty management measures and major achievements were taken.The third chapter focuses on the satisfaction theory,summarizes the evaluation basis of the satisfaction of poor households,and builds the index system and analysis model of satisfaction evaluation.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of town A,using the mathematical model constructed to analyze and process the collected questionnaires,and combining the literature materials,we can draw the following conclusions: First,the precise poverty alleviation policy of town A has been well implemented Implementation,the poverty alleviation has achieved remarkable achievement,and the goal of two worryfree and three guarantees can be achieved as scheduled;the second is that the poor households feel that the overall perception of poverty alleviation work is basically satisfied.Satisfaction with the promotion of targeted poverty alleviation policies,accurate identification,accurate assistance,construction infrastructure is high;third,there are low satisfaction indicators for targeted poverty alleviation work,such as educational poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation,human settlement environment construction,and rural civilization construction.The poverty alleviation work still needs improvement.The fifth chapter focuses on the analysis of the results and reasons of the specific indicators of the satisfaction survey;the sixth chapter is the thinking and suggestions for improving the satisfaction of poor households.Through the analysis of the reasons for the low satisfaction evaluation,this article believes that to improve the satisfaction of poor households,First,must always adhereing to the leadership of the party,strengthening the building of grassroots party organizations,and playing the role of party organizations as a fighting bastion.Second,we must adhere to the pattern of poverty alleviation and promote the development of rural education and culture.The third is to form a long-term poverty alleviation mechanism,strengthen the supporting function of industrial poverty alleviation,and focus on enhancing the sustainable development of the industrial poverty alleviation.The fourth is to realize the rural revitalization and satisfy the people's longing for a better life.Rural revitalization is the fundamental solution to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In the post-precision poverty alleviation era,to solve the unsolved problems at this stage,and effectively improve the peasants' satisfaction,fairness,happiness,and gain.
