Study On Financial Poverty Alleviation Strategy In Guangxi

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress put forward that a well-off society should be built in an all-round way in 2020.It is located in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the western region.As a national autonomous region,the incidence of poverty is high.After years of poverty alleviation work,great achievements have been made.However,the areas that have not yet been lifted out of poverty are mostly poverty-stricken areas,which are affected by the region,the environment and the quality of the poor people.Poverty alleviation through poverty alleviation is not satisfactory.This paper aims at combing the theoretical basis of financial poverty alleviation through literature research methods,comparing the successful experience of foreign existing financial poverty alleviation development projects with that of domestic financial poverty alleviation projects,extracting financial poverty alleviation measures suitable for Guangxi,studying the current situation of financial poverty alleviation in Guangxi,and finding the existence of low level of financial basic services and financial resources undertaking in the process of financial poverty alleviation in Guangxi.There are three prominent problems: weak receipt capacity,financial poverty alleviation risk sharing and lack of supervision mechanism.By using the method of empirical analysis,this paper selects the statistical data of Guangxi and constructs a regression model to test the role of domestic and foreign financial poverty alleviation strategies in the process of poverty alleviation in Guangxi.The empirical results prove that the strategies of vigorously developing finance and devoting to economic growth are also applicable to poverty alleviation in Guangxi and can effectively alleviate regional poverty.Finally,the paper puts forward some strategies suitable for financial poverty alleviation in Guangxi,such as increasing policy-oriented financial poverty alleviation and implementing micro-credit,supporting the combination of industry and finance,encouraging commercial financial poverty alleviation,innovating the application of large data platform for financial poverty alleviation,reducing credit risk and strengthening dynamic monitoring.
