Study On The Construction Of Characteristic Towns

At present,economic development has entered a new normal,and small and medium-sized cities and towns have gradually entered a bottleneck period of development.It is urgent to solve the development problems through transformation and upgrading,scientific and technological innovation,so as to provide new impetus for economic growth.Under this background,the characteristic towns represented by Zhejiang characteristic towns are springing up all over the country.Practice has proved that the characteristic towns are an important space carrier carrying the development of social economic transformation and innovation in response to the new normal stage of economic development,and an effective way to control "urban disease".Based on the theory of the emergence and development of characteristic towns such as industrial clusters,urbanization and public policies,this paper takes Longhutang Street,New North District of Changzhou City as the object,summarizes the current situation,planning background of the establishment of "intelligent sensing town" in Changzhou,and focuses on the analysis of the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the construction process.Combining with the successful experience of the construction of famous Characteristic Towns at home and abroad,based on the Enlightenment of the construction of Characteristic Towns at home and abroad,this paper puts forward innovative countermeasures and suggestions,focusing on the system,mechanism,planning and construction,etc.Through the study,the focus of the construction process of characteristic towns is to deal with five pairs of relationships.(1)Handle the relationship between long-term and short-term,and coordinate short-term assessment with long-term development.(2)Handle the relationship between government and market,and give full play to the leading role of government and market.(3)Handling the relationship between personality and universality,adapting measures to local conditions,and avoiding blind obedience.(4)Deal with the relationship between quantity and characteristics,control and balance the number and characteristics of Characteristic Towns as a whole.(5)Deal with the relationship between power and platform,pay more attention to the role of platform construction and cultivation as well as industrial development.
