Research On The Influence Factors And Strategies Of The Development Of Characteristic Towns In Hei Longjiang Province

Since the reform and opening up of China,the level of urbanization in China has gradually improved,and the process of urbanization has become the main objective of our country at this stage.However,the widening gap between urban and rural areas and the imbalance of industrial structure have gradually emerged with the speed of urbanization in China,which hinders the further improvement of the level of urbanization in China.The emergence of characteristic towns is an effective way to solve the problem of urbanization in China at this stage.The outline of "13th Five-Year" and various policy notifications published by the state have clearly pointed out that it is necessary to speed up the development of distinctive,charismatic and energetic features to promote the process of urbanization in China.In the 2017 government report,it was also pointed out that we should speed up the cultivation and construction of characteristic towns with distinctive industries,so as to promote the national development of the characteristic town.In response to the national call,Heilongjiang province also vigorously promoted the construction of characteristic towns,but limited the further development of its characteristic towns because of the poor industrial characteristics and insufficient overall development power in Heilongjiang province.Therefore,exploring the influencing factors of the development of Characteristic Towns in Heilongjiang has practical significance and academic value for the construction of Characteristic Towns in Heilongjiang.This research is based on the theory of industrial cluster theory,ecological town theory and cultural protection inheritance theory.On the premise of analyzing the development status of Heilongjiang characteristic town,this research measures the development of Heilongjiang characteristic town from three dimensions of resources,location and environment,and puts forward the relationship between the three dimensions and the development of the characteristic town in Heilongjiang province,then the structural equation model is established.Based on expert interviews and literature analysis,the questionnaire was designed,and Amos software was used to test the collected data.According to the verification results,the strategy and corresponding safeguard measures for the development and construction of Characteristic Towns in Heilongjiang are constructed.
