Empirical Analysis Of The Development Factors Of Agricultural Characteristic Towns

Urbanization has always been developed in accordance with the traditional model,resulting in a lack of continuity in new urbanization,agricultural modernization and ecological environment construction;problems such as weak agricultural infrastructure and disconnection between urbanization and agricultural modernization,if the above problems are not well resolved,It will not be conducive to the development of ecological civilization and agricultural modernization.The construction of agricultural characteristic towns plays an important role in improving the service function of townships,promoting new urbanization,improving rural ecological environment and improving the level of agricultural modernization.Based on the connotation of new urbanization and agricultural modernization,this study builds through the collection,screening and rational analysis of development indicators including “economic development”,“social progress”,“ecological environment”,“ urban and rural integration” and “agriculture”.The comprehensive evaluation index system for the development of agricultural characteristic towns including the five criteria layers of modernization.The entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each index,and the sub-constraint conditions are established based on different criteria layers respectively,and a fuzzy evaluation model for the development status of agricultural characteristic towns is constructed.An empirical study was conducted on 131 agricultural towns in the first and second batches across the country.In the case of different towns with and without sub-constrained groups,by comparing the differences in the rankings of evaluation results,the key criteria of the development of agricultural characteristic towns and the key elements under different criteria are identified.Further,by comparing the changes in the ranking position in the same town with and without the sub-constrained group,the dominant and inferior elements of the development of the town are obtained.The empirical analysis shows that the key criterion layer for the development of agricultural characteristic towns is the “ecological environment” criterion layer;the key elements under the five major criteria are: “The key element under the “economic development” criterion is “per capita GDP”,“ The key element under the “social progress” criterion is “unemployment rate”.The key elements under the “ecological environment” criterion are “energy reduction rate of 10,000 yuan added value” and key elements under the “coordinating urban and rural” guidelines.It is “the per capita net income of farmers”;the key element under the “agricultural modernization” criterion is “the proportion of high standard farmland”.According to the research results,put forward targeted suggestions:(1)strengthen the construction of poor ecological environment and promote the process of agricultural modernization;(2)extend the agricultural industrial chain according to the respective agricultural characteristic industries of the town,and realize the integration of tertiary production(3)Strengthen infrastructure construction in rural areas and promote urban and rural development;(4)Develop a green economy and promote sustainable economic development.
