In this paper,relevant researches on professional values,psychological capital and individual career management at home and abroad were induced,combed and summarized,363 in-service employees from many different industries and occupations were selected as the research objects,professional values scale,psychological capital scale and individual career management scale were used as the main research tools,to carry on questionnaire survey.It combined with independent sample's statistical methods of t test,single factor variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,Bootstrap test of intermediary effect,discussed the relationship among employees' professional values,psychological capital and individual career management through two studies,and tried to provide some suggestions for promoting employees' career development,enhancing employees' competitiveness and realizing win-win situation between organizations and employeesStudy 1 mainly investigated the influence of employees' professional values on individual career management,and the results showed that there were significant differences in demographic variables such as education level,job level,unit nature,working years and so on;The dimensions of self-development(?=0.318,p<0.001),respect reputation(?=0.198,p<0.01)and harmony and pleasure(?=0.228,p<0.001)had significant positive predictive power on their individual career managementStudy 2 mainly investigated the mechanism of the influence of employees'professional values on employees' individual career management through psychological capital,the results showed that the dimensions of self-development(?=0.294,p<0.001)and respect reputation(?=0.260,p<0.001)in employees'professional values had significant positive predictive power on psychological capital;The dimension of material security(?=-0.164,p<0.01)had significant negative predictive power on psychological capital;The dimensions of self-efficacy(?=0.309,p<0.001),hope(?=0.273,p<0.001)and optimism(?=0.385,p<0.001)in employees' psychological capital had significant positive predictive power on their individual career management;Psychological capital played a part of intermediary role between employees' professional values and individual career management,which was embodied in four dimensions of self-efficacy,resilience,hope and optimism,respectively in psychological capital.Combined with the above two studies in this paper,it is found that employees'professional values can positively predict their individual career management;employees' professional values can positively predict their psychological capital;employees' psychological capital can positively predict their individual career management;psychological capital and four dimensions of self-efficacy,resilience,hope and optimism all play a part of intermediary role between employees' career values and individual career management.
