This study explores the subjective professional success of Internet industry employees,and understands the subjective professional success status of Internet practitioners through literature review,questionnaire survey,etc.,and deeply explores the mechanism of interaction between professional values and subjective professional success of Internet industry employees.From the perspectives of employee personal development and enterprise human resource management,the countermeasures are proposed in a targeted manner,which helps employees in the Internet industry to continuously improve their professional satisfaction,achieve subjective professional success,improve the level of human resource management,and improve their core competitiveness.Increase organizational benefits and achieve a win-win situation for individuals and organizations.Through the analysis of experimental investigation,the conclusions are drawn: 1.The average value of the three dimensions of the professional values of employees in the Internet industry is higher than the middle level,and through data analysis,it is found that the employees in the Internet industry are most concerned with the self-development that the work can bring,followed by the health care factor and reputation.Status has the lowest level of attention.Employees in the Internet industry are psychologically more likely to recognize current jobs,and work involvement is at a medium to high level.The subjective career success scores of employees in the Internet industry are at a medium-to-high level,indicating that their career satisfaction is higher;2.Prestige status factors and self-development factors in professional values have a significant positive impact on subjective career success,while health care factors have no significant effect on subjective career success;3.Prestige status factors and self-development factors of professional values have a significant positive impact on work involvement,while health care factors have no significant impact on work involvement;4.Work involvement has a significant positive impact on subjective career success,that is,the higher the work involvement,the more psychologically the employees agree with their work,the higher the professional satisfaction,the easier it is for employees to obtain subjective professional success;5.Work involvement plays a partial intermediary role between prestige status factors and subjective professional success,and plays a partial intermediary role between self-development factors and subjective professional success.Finally,in order to help the employees in the Internet industry to achieve subjective professional success and enhance their core competitiveness,this paper proposes relevant suggestions for achieving “win-win” between enterprises and employees from the two levels of employee personal growth and enterprise management,combined with management theory and empirical analysis.
