Worker's career success has positive significance not only to the individual but also to the society.In this paper we study career successes.Our research starts with career satisfaction.This paper explores the effects of objective career success and personal factors on career satisfaction.In the past,pay and promotion were taken as objective criteria.Based on the borderless career theory,individual competitiveness is one of the important indicators of objective career success.In the past,scientists studied the impact of big five personality and positive personality on career satisfaction.In this paper we study the influence of social gender temperament on career satisfaction.In this paper,psychological capital is added into the study as psychological characteristics.We study the relationship between individual competitiveness and career satisfaction.And then we study the relationship between gender temperament and career satisfaction.We add psychological capital to the research,because it is an important variable to describe psychological characteristics.First,we explore the mediating role of positive psychological capital in individual competitiveness and career satisfaction.Then,this paper explores the mediating role of positive psychological capital in gender temperament and career satisfaction.In this paper,individual competitiveness contains two dimensions,one is internal marketability and the other is external marketability.Gender temperament contains two dimensions,one is masculine temperament and the other is feminine temperament.We also analyze their impact on job satisfaction.This paper collects data by questionnaire survey.The data is from 18 to 35 years old workers in Sichuan.We use statistical software to analyze the data of 204 young workers only for the following purposes.(1)We examine the overall reliability and validity of the questionnaire.(2)To test the relationship between variables and the mediating role of psychological capital.The results of this study shows that:(1)Individual competitiveness has a positive impact on career satisfaction.Gender temperament has a positive impact on career satisfaction.(2)Psychological capital has a positive impact on career satisfaction.(3)Psychological capital has a partial mediating effect between internal marketability and career satisfaction.(4)Psychological capital has a complete mediating effect between masculine temperament and career satisfaction.We hope the individuals develop their personalities,psychological capital and individual competitiveness.The overall aim is to build a higher level of career success.
