Development Strategy Of Logistics Park In Shihezi Economic And Technological Development Zone

With the integration of the global economy,the development of the logistics industry has attracted wide attention from people from all walks of life.Xinjiang is located on the Northwest border of China,far from the developed Eastern coastal areas,and has high transportation costs.However,Xinjiang is adjacent to the surrounding eight countries.Under the background of building the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt,the development of an outward-oriented economy and the emphasis on the development of the modern international logistics industry are the commanding heights of Xinjiang's economic development.Shihezi is located in the center of the North slope of Tianshan Mountain and is the core of economic growth in northern Xinjiang.It is the main gathering area of logistics industry.At present,there are 52 logistics enterprises in the logistics park of the Shihezi Development Zone,and the annual cargo volume has reached 722 million tons.The corresponding service areas have also continued to expand,providing enterprise support for the construction of the logistics park.With the continuous progress of the transportation industry,logistics has promoted production and the market to keep pace.It has become a bridge and link for invigorating the economy and promoting the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.This study is divided into the following five parts:The first part,introduction.In the context of global economic integration and the Silk Road Economic Belt,this paper studies the topic and analyzes it in terms of theoretical significance and practical significance.It has combed domestic and foreign literature research on logistics transportation concept,logistics management and logistics park construction.dynamic.And pointed out the research methods and technical routes of this paper.The second part is the introduction of the current development status of Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone and Bonded Logistics Park.The development status and industrial characteristics of Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone were analyzed,and the existing preferential policies for the existing import and export projects of Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone were introduced.On this basis,the shortcomings and reasons for the operation,system and development experience of the logistics park in Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone are summarized.Then pointed out the shortcomings of the development strategy of the Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone Bonded Logistics Park and its causes,laying the foundation for the formulation of the future exhibition strategy.The third part is the analysis of the external environment of the development of bonded logistics park in Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone.Using PEST analysis method,the political environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment of the development of bonded logistics park in Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone were analyzed,which provided the basis for the development strategy of Shihezi Bonded Logistics Park.The fourth part is the development strategy of the bonded logistics park in Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone.Firstly,the strategic goal of the bonded logistics park of Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone is proposed,including strategic planning principles,strategic guiding ideology,strategic vision and target orientation.Secondly,through the above analysis,the development strategy of bonded logistics park in Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone is formulated,including A leap-forward development strategy and a sustainable development strategy.On this basis,the strategy implementation steps to identify the market demand,the precise function positioning and the establishment of the important bonded logistics area in Central Asia were elaborated,and practical countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.This paper studies the development strategy of the logistics park in Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone by means of literature,field research and comparative analysis.It is the innovation point of this article.At the same time,the development of the logistics park is affected and restricted by many uncertain factors,so the development of the logistics park in the Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone needs to be further tracked and studied.
