Study On The Influencing Factors Of Migrant Workers Backflow From The Perspective Of Social Security

With the upgrading of industrial structure in the eastern region,undertaking industrial transfer and the continuous development of rural economy in the central and Western regions,the phenomenon of migrant workers returning has begun to emerge.Since the Nineteenth National Congress,China has vigorously implemented the strategy of rural revitalization,combining urbanization with rural revitalization,encouraging migrant workers and other personnel to carry out home entrepreneurship activities,and rural migrant population began to increase year by year.Based on this background,through questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews,this paper takes migrant workers from Suzhou,Huaibei and Fuyang in Anhui Province as the subjects of investigation,summarizes the previous studies on their willingness to return and the influencing factors,and combines with the historical review of the current national stage of return and the analysis of the three municipalities’ policies,preliminarily extracts the willingness to influence the return of migrant workers.The three characteristic dimensions of factors are used to study the relationship between them.Secondly,on the basis of theory,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and constructs the hypothesis model.Finally,the model construction and empirical analysis are carried out based on the sample data obtained from the survey.The hypothesis is verified by nested regression model.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Based on the long-term development of life,most migrant workerschoose to return.(2)Personal and family characteristics have a significant impact on the willingness to return,such as education level,children’s education place,family members’ working and living conditions,and whether there is land in the family.(3)The factors of migrant workers and economic characteristics have a significant impact on the willingness to return.The working environment,working intensity,monthly income,living style and living conditions in the employment situation have passed the significant test.(4)Social characteristics have a significant impact on the willingness to return.Social security,social integration and the favorable conditions of home have passed the significant test.On the basis of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rational and orderly migration of migrant workers,such as: increasing vocational training;enhancing the support of education services for migrant workers’ children;actively building secondary network relations;expanding the scope of insurance;expanding the influence of favorable conditions in their hometown,so as to exert the pull of return flow and increase the active return flow of migrant worker...
