Study On Planning And Construction Of Industrial Parks Of South Sichuan Economy Zone

Industrial transfer is not simply necessary for developed regions to accelerate the regulation of industrial structure and ego development, but also a powerful outside force of the leap-forward development of the developing regions. From 21st century, industrial transfer is much more concerned and appreciated by the western developing regions during the industrial development, in pace with penetration of reform and western development strategy. As is known, industrial parks are the main carriers which carry on the industrial transfer and speed up the industrial concentration. Recently, five cities in South Sichuan Economy Zone rely on this space vector strongly to develop industry, and to undertake industrial gradient transfer from Eastern coastal areas and even aboard.Under these circumstances, this thesis is based on the background of undertaking domestic and international industrial transfer and the rapid development of industrial parks, it research the planning and construction of industrial parks in South Sichuan Economy Zone. This paper has summarized the main types and characteristics of the industrial park, based on domestic and foreign industrial park planning and construction of the development of theoretical research, development status and direction of development and trends in comparative studies, thus established the basis of this study and framework. Meanwhile, throughout analysis the planning and construction of industrial parks status quo in South Sichuan Economy Zone on the southern Sichuan, presenting the needs to strengthen its planning and construction.Then, the thesis firmly grasped the current trends in the development of industrial parks, by starting from southern Sichuan overview of development, it analyzed not only the regional macro aspects between competing (including the provincial industrial layout, and surrounding areas of interaction, etc.), but also presented the orientation on the industrial transfer of the industrial parks in South Sichuan Economy Zone.In order to study the characteristics of the planning and construction of industrial parks well, this thesis probed both the unique location advantage of southern Sichuan Economic Zone industrial park level in the planning and construction of common elements, but also within the economic zone on the South Sichuan three different types of industrial parks (the port-based Industrial Park, Hi-tech Industrial Park and the traditional export-oriented type of industrial park) from the key industry selection, space planning, planning and development model support system and other aspects of the different types of planning and construction of industrial park strategy and personality characteristics. And under the guidance of the above analysis, take Yibin Port Economic Development Zone, Leshan High-tech District and Luzhou Jiangnan Light Industry District Zhejiang Industrial Park as examples, according to their type of strategy planning and construction of their characteristics were verified and evaluated, and proposed park in the planning and construction problems, and some suggestions for improvement and views. Finally, based on the above studies, the thesis proposed to seek the idea of a fastest develop breakthrough at this stage and the industrial park Low-Carbon planning under the guidance of the low-carbon concept about industrial park in South Sichuan Economic Zone.
