Patent Layout Of Key Communication Enterprises

With the rapid development of information technology,the development of communication industry is also changing with each passing day,and people's requirements for communication technology are increasingly high,thus accelerating the rapid development of key technologies in the communication industry.Unauthorized band technology,carrier aggregation technology and MIMO technology all provide effective technical support to solve the limited spectrum resources.The development of key technologies has also made major communication enterprises in the world scramble to seize the market for patent distribution.Patent distribution of key technologies in the communication industry is mainly concentrated in H04 electric communication technology field.This paper is divided into six chapters.It mainly studies the specific patent layout of three key technologies in H04 electric communication technology field,namely unlicensed frequency band technology,carrier aggregation technology and MIMO technology in key communication enterprises,mainly H04 B transmission field,H04 L digital information transmission field and H04 W wireless communication network field,thus obtaining the similarity of patent layout of key technologies in various communication enterprises.In order to show the patent layout of key technologies of key communication enterprises more vividly and concretely,through the analysis of the patent layout of top communication enterprises at home and abroad,representative communication enterprises are selected,including Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd.and ZTE Communications Co.,Ltd.in China,Qualcomm Holdings Co.,Ltd.and Ericsson Co.,Ltd.in foreign countries.Through PYCHARM tool operation,the key word ranking of key technologies and the technical similarity of patent layout between each communication enterprise are obtained.The research results of this paper show that there are few domestic and foreign communication enterprises involved in the patent layout of unlicensed frequency band technology,only in H04 W wireless communication network field.In terms of patent layout of carrier aggregation technology,domestic Huawei and ZTE have less patent layout in H04 B transmission field than foreign Qualcomm,and the patent layout in H04 L digital information transmission and H04 W wireless communication network are relatively perfect.In the patent layout of MIMO technology,H04 B,H04L andH04 W key communication enterprises both at home and abroad have layout and are relatively mature,which shows that the patent layout of this key technology has reached a higher level in domestic and foreign communication enterprises.From the perspective of technical similarity of patent layout,Huawei,ZTE and Qualcomm have high similarity and competitive relationship,ZTE and Ericsson have high similarity and competitive relationship,and Qualcomm and Ericsson have high similarity,but Qualcomm and Ericsson have cooperated in the past few years,so they are both competitors and partners.Therefore,the key technology patents of key communication enterprises both at home and abroad have high technical similarity,and the probability of competition between them is higher.From the perspective of patent layout strategy,key communication enterprises have adopted blocking and evading design strategy,jungle strategy,but foreign Qualcomm and Ericsson have also adopted carpet strategy and jack strategy,which have more advantages in patent layout strategy.
