The implementation of the new medical reform has made China’s pharmaceutical market has undergone great changes.Drug manufacturing enterprises should follow the situation to adjust marketing strategy.Qingdao HH Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.is the backbone of pharmaceutical enterprises in Qingdao city.The enterprise mainly products controlled-release prescription drugs.The implementation of the new medical reform has great influence on its marketing strategy.Using the case method,theoretical analysis method this paper studied the company’s marketing strategy.The purpose of this paper is to optimize marketing strategy of Qingdao HH Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.,to improve the adaptive ability of enterprises in the new medical reform environment.Based on careful analysis of drug market and the marketing situation of the enterprise,this paper considers four aspects of company’s marketing strategy should be adjusted.Production strategy,to focus on the development of controlled release drug and marine biotechnology drugs,to optimize the product structure.Promotion strategy,to spread brand using the recessive advertising,to rebate consumer in pharmacy,to carry out various forms of community and rural promotion.Price strategy,the implementation of high and low combination.Channel strategy,to get rid of dependence on dealers,to increase hospital pure marketing efforts,to develop community and rural channels,to establish good cooperation relationship with chain drugstore.In order to ensure the implementation of these strategies,the security is needed from the following aspects,to 0ptimize the marketing organization,to ensure the marketing investment,reintegrate industry chain.
