SDXD company is specialized in the production of pharmaceutical formulations business, due to the special nature of the industry and its own historical reasons, from the point of view of marketing strategy, the marketing behavior no longer meet the requirements of national health reform policy, unable to penetrate into the marketing campaign market line, shrinking sales, severely restricted the development of the company as a whole to move forward. From the perspective of marketing strategy, the company’s marketing research SDXD management system, to improve the status quo SDXD marketing company, to achieve fine management of the sales process, thus improving the efficiency of the company’s marketing and comprehensive competitiveness, has important practical significance, other pharmaceutical companies also have some exemplary.Thesis marketing strategy theory to SDXD marketing system for the study,started from pharmaceutical marketing theory and marketing features, using the five forces model system analyzes the impact of national health reform policy on the industry and small and medium sized pharmaceutical companies, combined with the company’s SDXD the actual situation, the use of internal and external environment evaluation matrix(EFE and IFE) restrict or facilitate quantitative analysis of internal and external factors SDXD development of the company, and to analyze the results,found the problem with the company’s current marketing opportunity SDXD systems that exist, according to marketing the new health care reform strategy and environment on pharmaceutical companies marketing efforts at the request of the existing marketing system proposed improvements.
