Research On Competitiveness Evaluation Of Shared Bicycle Enterprises

The pile-free shared bicycle is one of the typical business models in the sharing economy.It is born to solve short-distance travel.However,due to its short time,it is still in the exploratory stage.Many shared bicycle companies are experiencing strategic mistakes due to lack of experience.It is difficult to maintain the level of competitiveness to maintain the company's survival in the market.Therefore,the attempts to improve and establish a core competitiveness evaluation system for shared bicycle companies(or projects)can provide a new perspective for management to further understand the company's living conditions and formulate strategies.The main content of this paper is to establish a core competitiveness evaluation system centered on shared bicycle characteristics,select appropriate cases for case analysis,analyze the level and advantages and disadvantages of its core competitiveness from the improved evaluation system and application,and put forward relevant suggestions.It also provides a reference for relevant management and companies of the same type.This paper combines the core competitiveness theory with the shared economic theory,and improves the composition of the core competitiveness evaluation system on the characteristics of shared bicycles.From the three modules of external competitiveness,potential competitiveness and shared competitiveness to the core of Mobike,the competitiveness has been evaluated specifically and systematically.The ultimate goal is to help enterprises find advantages and disadvantages and promote the enhancement of core competitiveness on this basis.
