| With the increasing integration of the global economic and the rapid development of the supply chain,the port,which is a hub of marine transportation network and foreign exchange window,is playing an increasingly important role in the promotion of international trade and regional economic development.At present,port economic zone is an important window opening to the outside world,and the “OBOR” strategy will reshape the industrial division pattern,brings new opportunities and challenges for the Port Economic Zone.The “OBOR” strategy’s basic idea is to have a series ports to support the coverage area.This channel is not only carrying more and more goods in circulation,but also will assume more security obligations.Based on this,the development strategy of ports along “The OBOR” is significant for China and worldwide international trade.Firstly,this paper describes the research background.Secondly,the thesis research framework is built based on domestic and foreign papers.Thirdly,the current status of port industry is described and analyzed,and the opportunities and challenges of port industry are concluded.In Chapter 4,the evaluation indexes for port competitiveness are created based on researches about impacting factors of port competitiveness.In Chapter 5,ten major ports of OBOR are selected,and data of 2015 are used.The current development status of the ten ports is analyzed.Then,based on the evaluation indexes and multi-level factor analysis to compare the comprehensive competitiveness of 10 ports,including strength and weakness.And last,the suggestions of continuously promoting the core competitiveness of the ports are raised. |
