In the era of digital economy,with the rapid transmission of informa tion,great changes have taken place in the structure and management mode of modern enterprises.This change affects the various contractual relationships between enterprises and their employees,and thus affects the occupational values of employees and their working attitudes.With the development of modern enterprise structure towards flattening and employee career without boundary,employee turnover and mobility among different enterprises have become more and more frequent.As far as enterprises are concerned,their management systems at the beginning of their establishment often depend on their employees,capital and various technical conditions.With the advent of the information age and the continuous development of the digital economy,the continuous development of employees in the enterprise makes them have certain professional values and career planning.This study takes the employee career development of Zhengrong Real Estate Changsha Company as the research object.Through in-depth analysis and Research on the existing employee career development problems,it uses questionnaire survey method to investigate the current situation of employee career development management,and analyses the shortcomings and causes of Zhengrong Real Estate in employee career development management and employee career development satisfaction.Based on the questionnaire survey of 121 employees,the research questions were thoroughly sorted out and analyzed.The result shows that there are some problems in the career development management of Zhengrong Real Estate Changsha Company,such as the lack of systematic staff career planning management,lack of career planning incentives for employees,single career development channel,lack of systematic staff training,and unobstructed staff promotion channels.In view of the problems,this study puts forward the concrete principles of employee development management scheme design by using career development theory,and adopts excellent enterprise culture,management information s ystem,performance appraisal management,salary system,employee training plan,employee retention management system,and the effect prediction of the implementation of the improvement scheme of employee career development system,improving employee workin g ability,rationally allocating enterprise resources,and promoting.To ensure the improvement of the company's employee career development system,measures such as sustainable development of enterprises should be taken.The research results of this study construct a specific management plan for the improvement of employee career development in Zhengrong Real Estate Changsha Company,in order to improve employee career development satisfaction and achieve the company's strategic objectives.At the same time,the improved management scheme of the employee career development system in this study can provide valuable reference for the employee career development of relevant enterprises.
