Jinghai company is an agricultural and sideline product enterprise integrating scientific research,planting,processing and trading.In enterprise management,due to the lack of specific plan,strategic management awareness and goal awareness,it is unable to effectively analyze the current environment in the important links of enterprise reform and development,and it is lack of effective response to the current difficulties.This has led to the slow growth of enterprises and limited development of enterprises.This research is mainly based on the current development of China's agricultural and sideline products processing industry,combined with the actual situation of Jinghai company,to study the future development strategy of Jinghai company,to help the company win in the fierce market competition.Based on the analysis of the macro,meso and micro aspects of the environment,this paper summarizes the experience and lessons of strategic management based on the relevant theories,selects the strategic management according to the nature of the enterprise development strategy and the specific situation of the enterprise,and points out a clearer development direction for the development of the enterprise.It provides simple strategic management ideas and the implementation of strategic solutions for business operators,so as to facilitate the understanding and practice within the enterprise.At the same time,we hope that the results of this study can help small and medium-sized enterprises in the implementation of strategic management,provide some inspiration,help the current small and medium-sized enterprises to promote the application of strategy and enhance competitiveness.Through the analysis and research of this paper and the analysis of the external business environment of Jinghai company,it is found that the company currently faces the development opportunities of good national policy environment,convenient operation provided by local government,gradually improved social acceptance,rising high-end demand in domestic market,increasingly mature technology and process,and sufficient agricultural product foundation support.Meanwhile,it needs to cope with the uncertain international trade situation There are many threats,such as the inertia of financial crisis,the increase of potential entrants in the same industry,the large fluctuation of raw material prices,the large number of alternative products,and the entry of foreign-funded enterprises.Secondly,the advantages of Jinghai company include: more than 30 kinds of hightech patents,industry experience and resources,local government relations and series products,rich and powerful management team,high quality of employees,low asset liability ratio,small business risk,family management system,good reputation and stable product export;the disadvantages are mainly as follows: : the company's market analysis ability is insufficient,the company's financial analysis ability needs to be improved,the company's personnel management system is insufficient,the company's strategic formulation and management awareness are insufficient,and the company's product structure and market distribution need to be improved.Thirdly,through SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix analysis,Jinghai company should choose intensive growth strategy.On the basis of the existing operation,i.e.seizing the market and policy opportunities,taking advantage of the company's capital equipment and other advantages,and relying on the existing products to continue to improve the existing market share in the current market.We will increase investment in science and technology,improve the level of technology,develop new products,and in the existing market,through technological improvement and development of new products,extend the life cycle of products,improve the competitive position of enterprises,and build the company into a leading enterprise in the industry.
