It is a long process to transform and adjust the enterprise to adapt to the changing market and the social environment,in order to surpass the competitors.With the rapid development of the economy and the enterprise management theory,the original extensive management model is more and more not suitable for the enterprise to survive in the market.It takes many stages of development for an enterprise to eventually become a leader in the industry,and each stage is a great test for the enterprise.The first stage is the process of enterprises from incubation to rapid positive growth,which requires enterprises to transform from the initial artificial governance to standardized institutional governance.The core of institutional governance is how to make the subjective initiative,to provide a standard for the standardized governance of the company,and at the same time to avoid the problem of institutional rigidity caused by the company's system.At this time,it is necessary to have a reasonable and effective performance appraisal system suitable for the enterprise to motivate and restrain the behavior of employees,so as to make the development goals of the company and employees consistent and achieve a win-win situation.Qingdao Runrise environmental science and technology co.,ltd.is a company in the rapid growth period.The company have made a set of standardized employee performance appraisal system.The company's business mainly faces to the industrial customers,so the customer group is relatively fixed;The company provides customers with environmental protection turnkey project,so it needs many different professionals to complete.Multi-specialty collaborative work is involved in how to distinguish different professional workload and how to evaluate each major.More important is how to use a system to unify the goals of employees and the goals of the company.In the past,the company basically make average incentive,but now there are more and more disadvantages in this incentive plan,which cannot effectively motivate employees,cannot fully find the deficiencies of employees and put forward specific requirements,and cannot get rid of inappropriate employees.Therefore,it is urgent for the company to come up with a set of employee performance appraisal plan that adapt to the current situation of the company.This paper first describes the basic situation of Qingdao Runrise environmental science and technology company,including the industry background,business composition,staff characteristics and problems encountered.Then,based on the existing scientific theoretical knowledge of performance appraisal and the main problems found in the operation of the company's business system,the principles and objectives of the employee performance appraisal problems that the company should solve are proposed through classification,analysis and summary.Based on this,combining with the development direction of the business,a set of employee performance appraisal scheme that is suitable for the current development characteristics of the company is proposed.The construction of this scheme can provide theoretical basis and produce certain practical value for the same industry or similar industry to encounter the same problem.
