As the core of human resource management,employee performance appraisal has become an important link between company development and employee personal growth.In business management,companies are facing a problem of how to exert the effects of employee performance appraisal and achieve the company performance goals.This paper studies on the employee performance appraisal of Luohu Anju Company in Shenzhen,by applying human resource management and performance appraisal theory.Literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and data analysis are adopted to evaluate the current employee performance appraisal system.This paper analyzes the employee performance appraisal method,appraisal index,application of appraisal results,appraisal implementation management and integrity of the appraisal process.Luohu Anju Company,which was founded three years ago in Shenzhen,established an employee performance appraisal at the beginning.It is developed to motivate and regulate employee behavior and improve the company's operational efficiency.The employee performance appraisal proposed by the preparatory team played an important role in the development of the company.However,with the the increase of the business volume and the presence of employees,problems with the original employee performance appraisal are gradually emerging,such as broad appraisal criteria,unitary appraisal way,long appraisal period,and insufficient performance feedback.Therefore,there is an urgent need to improve current employee performance appraisal.In order to solve the problems of the employee performance appraisal of Luohu Anju Company,this paper analyzes the causes and proposes an improved appraisal in the following five aspects: appraisal methods,appraisal indexes,appraisal operation and application ofappraisal results.In order to make sure the implementation of the improved employee performance appraisal,the specific practical measures and main implementation strategies are finally proposed.This paper proposes an improved employee performance appraisal and aims to help Luohu Anju Company develop soundly and rapidly so as to achieve win-win cooperation between the company's development and employee personal growth.
