With the meconic growth and the brutal market competition, themanufacturing industry pays more attention to the practice of performance evaluation inthe business management, in order to improve the competitiveness and ensure theindividual performance align with the company’s development goals. This article useadvanced concepts of human resources management as a guide, through the analysis ofthe strengths and weaknesses of the domestic and foreign enterprises performanceevaluation program, combined with the current situation of the N performanceevaluation work, the introduction of multi-party evaluation system performanceevaluation program designed to strengthen the performance evaluationguide thebehavior of employees in the process.. Through the analysis the working characteristicsof target population seriously, the article is also discussed the performance evaluationproposal design for equipment maintenance engineer, based on the interview andquestionaries survey.The paper consists of the introduction, body and conclusion(totally six chapters),the main content of as follows:Chapter1, Introduction: the paper elaborates the research meaning and the purposeof the subject, it introduces contents of the research and implement methods as well asanalyzes the performance appraisal proposals in and abroad.Chapter2, The theory foundation of performance evaluation design: it discusses themain content of the performance evaluation, and analysis of the relationship betweenemployee performance and team performance, and introduced the basic methods ofperformance evaluation, and typical of the evaluation model.Chapter3, Job and position analysis of equipment maintenance engineer in Ncompany: it analyzes routine work in the each positions of the target team, and thepreparation of job descriptions. Chapter4, The performance evaluation status of equipment maintenance engineerin N company: it discusses the used performance evaluation proposal and analyzes itsadvantages and disadvantages detail.Chapter5, The improvement and implementation of the program of performanceevaluation program: According to the adjustments of company’s goal, it should establishthe practical performance evaluation standards, introduces the new evaluation methodsand eliminate the problems in the performance evaluation. And selected work area,through the contrast of the old and the new performance evaluation programimplementation, and to identify areas for improvement in the assessment program.Chapter6, Conclusion and perspective: Presented the conclusions of this study, theshortcomings in the analysis process, and pointed out the direction of improvement.
