In recent years,with the gradual development of social economy,the catering industry has achieved rapid development and has become an important driving force of national economic development.At the same time,due to the particularity of the catering industry,the market demand is sufficient to maintain rapid development,but also facing fierce competition.With the continuous development of the catering industry,fierce market competition has put forward higher requirements on the marketing mode and marketing strategy of catering companies.How to promote the rapid development of catering enterprises,while making catering enterprises continue to improve,is the need to explore the topic.Due to the serious homogeneity of the products or services provided by catering enterprises,the analysis of the marketing of catering enterprises is the key to success,and the market strategy research of catering enterprises is of great significance.Based on the management theory and advanced practice of catering industry at home and abroad,this paper carries out a special study on the marketing strategy of dunjiang college store in nanxin of kungfu catering.On the basis of the analysis of the marketing situation of the real kung fu restaurant nanxin binjiang college store,this paper analyzes and summarizes the main problems existing in the marketing of the store.Through the real kung fu restaurant nanxin binjiang college store facing the macro environment,micro environment,the use of SWOT analysis of the development of its weaknesses,strengths,opportunities and threats for a comprehensive analysis.This paper applies the 7P marketing theory to study the marketing optimization strategy of nanxin binjiang college store of true kung fu catering,and puts forward the implementation guarantee measures of the marketing optimization strategy of nanxin binjiang college store of true kung fu catering.The research results of this paper are of guiding significance to the promotion of marketing management level and competitiveness of the real kung fu restaurant nanxin binjiang college store,and have reference value to the same industry.
