| In recent years, the franchise restaurant systems have made tremendous development, a large number of franchise food brands have emerged one after another. These fanchise systems have made a large contribution for the prosperity of demostic food market. However, after more than 10 years of rapid development, problems have issued, like declining turnover, many fanchisee left syetem. In this dissertation, these problems would be found the reasons and given solution. Moreover, the restaurant franchising systems which faced similar problems also would be provided some ideas to solve the similar problems.In this dissertation, JJ restaurant chain system's management situation was been analysised first. Conbimed with the data which was collected thought comsumer survey, the main problems of JJ's management had been found. Menwhile, consumers'attidude towords the JJ restaurant chain system had been comfirmed.Second, in this dissertation, the problem in the single-store sales force of JJ restaurant chain system is analyzed from four perspectives and two dimensions for every perspective. And then, the assessment model for single store sales for had formed.And then, though observed the operation of JJ's single-store and other restautant franchise system, the problems in the four key perspectives was analysised, and the main reason that impacts the single-store's sale force had been found out. After found out these reason, the priority of solution was firmed based on the difficulty and extent of the effect of significantly.Finally, based on the problem-solving focus, the strategy on enhance of single-store is brought out from four perspectives. |
