At present,China's commercial Banks are facing a complex economic situation,the differentiation of financial products is getting smaller and smaller,and human resources are gradually becoming the focus of commercial Banks' competition.As an important part of the competition for talents in commercial Banks,customer managers play an important role in the operation and development of Banks.More and more commercial Banks attach great importance to the effective performance appraisal of customer managers to motivate their enthusiasm for work.This paper takes the performance appraisal system of customer manager of bank of Lanzhou sub-branch as the main research object,and USES the literature research method to elaborate the domestic and foreign research status and the related overview of performance appraisal,and introduces the current situation of performance appraisal of customer manager of bank of Lanzhou and bank of Lanzhou sub-branch.Through the questionnaire method,the author analyzed and studied the current performance appraisal system of customer manager of bank of Lanzhou branch,got the existing problems in the performance appraisal system of customer manager of bank of Lanzhou branch,and analyzed the causes of the problems.In view of the current branch account manager performance evaluation system are put forward according to the existing problems in performance appraisal system of the optimization ideas and principles,to optimize the system,mainly includes: branch account manager performance evaluation indexes of optimization and the weight of redistribution,the improvement of performance appraisal process,and the improvement of the performance appraisal system,at the same time,in order to make the optimized system run smoothly,and specific protection measures are put forward.Through the optimization of the performance appraisal system of bank of Lanzhou branch account managers,the system was made more comprehensive in operation,and the sense of fairness of the branch account managers in work was also improved,which prompted the account managers to actively achieve the bank's strategic goals.
