| With the continuous development of China’s financial economy and the continuous reform of the financial system,the important role of the customer manager team in commercial bank is becoming more and more obvious.A scientific and effective performance appraisal system is of great significance to fully stimulate the team effectiveness of customer managers so as to enhance the market competitiveness.This paper focuse on promoting WHSY bank customer manager team work efficiency to Zaozhuang branch of WHSY bank of human resource management support,improve WHSY bank customer manager team performance evaluation system,promote the Zaozhuang branch of WHSY bank business the development of rapid,efficient and robust,enhance the market competitiveness of Zaozhuang branch of WHSY bank,as well as other financial sector companies to provide rich experience for reference.This article takes the performance evaluation system of the customer manager team of Zaozhuang Branch of WHSY Bank as the research object,starting from the bank’s basic situation,team structure and current performance evaluation system,combining questionnaire survey methods and personal interview methods,and found that its current performance evaluation system exists The main problems include the irrational design of evaluation indicators,the irrational allocation of evaluation index weights,and the single use of evaluation results.The main reasons for the problems are explored in depth,mainly including the lack of substantial understanding of the performance evaluation system,and performance evaluation is equivalent to Evaluation of performance indicators,lack of continuous and effective performance communication in the evaluation management process,lack of effective incentive and restraint mechanisms in the management department,lack of emphasis on performance evaluation by the Zaozhuang branch of WHSY bank’s senior leaders and the customer manager team,insufficient publicity and training,and insufficient investment in human resources management etc.On the basis of determining the principles and objectives,based on the expert opinion method,the Analytic hierarchy process was selected,and the Zaozhuang branch of WHSY bank customer manager team performance evaluation index system including 4first-level indexes and 10 second-level indexes was constructed.And the method of analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each evaluation index of the customer manager team evaluation system of Zaozhuang Branch of WHSY Bank.Finally,in combination with the actual situation of Zaozhuang branch of WHSY bank,the safeguard measures for the performance evaluation system of the customer manager team of Zaozhuang branch of WHSY bank were proposed,which mainly included the establishment of a clear performance evaluation management system,transparency of performance assessment information,and The evaluation results are fed back to the customer manager team,and performance measures such as performance appraisal are strengthened to ensure that the performance evaluation system can exert practical effects. |
