Against the backdrop of the global economy,the reform of the financial industry is continuing to deepen.At present,China's financial market is facing a completely new competitive environment.Cross-border mixed competitors from the Internet and the real economy continue to emerge and flood the entire market.The banking industry faces Unprecedented challenges.Faced with increasingly fierce financial mixed industry competition and peer competition,banks are constantly improving the staff's comprehensive capabilities and skills to adapt to changes.As the bridge and link between the bank and the customer,the account manager is an important human resource for the bank to obtain the core competitive advantage in the market competition.The degree of the potential of the customer manager is closely related to the business development and business performance of the bank.Therefore,Banks treat client managers as the focus of training.The Bank of Lanzhou is a local city commercial bank,and the customer manager,as the most front-end staff of business expansion and marketing,is the direct creator of the bank's profit,which plays an important role in the rapid development of the bank.With the application of technologies such as science and technology finance and artificial intelligence,the competition among the modern financial industry is,in the final analysis,the competition of various talents.The future development of commercial banks depends on the combination of key factors such as “quantity,quality,structure and types of talents”.In particular,the cultivation and reserve of backup customer managers will play a decisive role in the sustainable development of future commercial banks.An account manager must play a role of a middleman in the interests of both parties,not only to seek "win-win" solutions between customers and banks,but also to actively negotiate and balance the interests of customers and companies.How to quickly and effectively train a good customer manager team is an urgent problem to be solved.Reviewing the current status of customer manager training is mainly due to lack of overall training planning,mismatch between training content and staff needs,and single training method.Flexibility,evaluation feedback mechanism is not perfect,training activities are in the form of poor performance and other five aspects.This paper takes Lanzhou Bank's client manager training system as the research object,and after summarizing related theories of employee training,obtains current status data about client manager training through survey questionnaires,and combines personal interviews to conduct in-depth investigation and diagnosis of the human resources status of Lanzhou Bank.After theproblems existed in the training of the client managers,the authors put forward the idea of??optimizing the design after analyzing the causes,that is,setting up the grades of the clientmanager positions to construct the competence model of the client manager's competency,and then the training system,training resources,training and operation in three aspects.Optimize and design a training system that is suitable for the matching of Lanzhou Bank's customer managers,and put forward relevant safeguard measures for the comprehensive and effective implementation of the customer manager training system.Through the optimization of the client manager training system,the purpose is to provide some guidance and guidance for Lanzhou Bank's future client manager training.He hopes to provide reference for the training work and the construction of the client manager team,and to retain and attract more suitable employees to join the client manager.The team will better transform and enhance the potential ability of the existing inventory manager to promote business development and strategic transformation in a more efficient manner.
