With the development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s consumption level,China’s wine market scale and consumption level have gradually improved,attracting many large companies to make wine across the border,and also more and more favored by international wine enterprises.As a large-scale state-owned wine producer,CC company is facing more fierce market competition.How to improve the performance level of the enterprise to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise has become the focus of CC company.Now,the market environment is complex and changeable,the competition is increasingly fierce,and the lack of talents is hard to find.If an enterprise wants to be invincible,it must work hard on the level of performance management.In this context,this paper analyzes CC company through literature research,investigation and interview,case analysis and other methods.The optimized evaluation system can not only provide practical guidance for the improvement of the overall performance level and core competitiveness of enterprises,but also provide reference for the research on the optimization of performance evaluation system of the same industry in China.Taking CC company as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems such as fuzzy performance indicators,untimely performance communication and single application of performance appraisal results through questionnaire survey,solves the problems through relevant theoretical analysis,optimizes the design of the company’s existing management system,organically combines personal performance,department performance and the company’s development vision,and enables the employees’ work objectives and work directions Keep consistent with the company’s strategic objectives,encourage employees to integrate into the company,give full play to their self-worth,and constantly improve the company’s performance by improving individual and department performance.The first part clarifies the background and significance of the topic,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and determines the research content and research methods.The second part elaborates the related theories of performance management,introduces the concepts and relations of performance,performance appraisal and performance management,explains the purpose and function of performance management,and expounds the relevant theoretical methods.The third part analyzes the current situation and problems of CC company’s performance appraisal.Firstly,it introduces the company’s basic situation,organizational structure and human resources.Secondly,it studies the current situation and problems of the company’s performance management by means of questionnaire,and analyzes the causes ofthe existing problems.The fourth part is the most important chapter of this paper.According to the related theory of performance management,this part puts forward the optimization design objectives and principles for the problems raised in the third part,and optimizes and improves the aspects of making performance plan,setting performance indicators,performance monitoring,performance feedback,and application of performance results.The fifth part is the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme of performance management system.It takes measures to ensure the operation of the scheme,such as establishing a working group,strengthening the organizational guarantee of performance management,strengthening performance training,strengthening two-way communication,and setting up an effective complaint feedback system.The sixth part is the conclusion of this paper.
