As a service industry,the catering industry is developing at a high speed.At the same time,there are two problems in human resource management: low job satisfaction,low job performance and high dimission rate.In order to explore the influence mechanism of employee satisfaction on employee performance in the catering industry,a series of management measures were formulated to improve employee satisfaction,improve employee performance and reduce employee turnover rate.In the context of the actual management,this research topic and main content is the research paradigm through empirical analysis,literature review,model building and data analysis for the study of the overall train of thought,finally confirmed that the food industry employee satisfaction a positive impact on employee job performance,and on the basis of the six major management measures are put forward to solve the food and beverage industry low employee job satisfaction,job performance and high turnover rate.First of all,this study through the literature review method,from the existing academic research as the breakthrough point,food industry employee satisfaction derived the five dimensions(the work itself,the surrounding environment,compensation management,personal growth and work management)respectively two big dimensions of employees work performance(task performance and surrounding performance)the mechanism of action of a positive impact,to build the research hypothesis and model.Second,this study adopts the method of empirical research,based on the employee satisfaction and workperformance between the two dimensions of related research review and measurement scale,design through the test of reliability and validity of the questionnaire,with food industry employees as the research object,large sample survey data collection,through the reliability test,exploratory factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,empirical analysis method,proved that the food industry employee satisfaction has a positive influence on job performance,employee satisfaction at the same time the five dimensions of job performance has positive influence on two dimensions.Finally,based on the hypothesis that the validation in our study,this study puts forward seven aspects improve employee satisfaction and job performance management measures,including: create employee satisfaction mechanism,create employee job matching measurement mechanism,set up small run of staff salary incentive mechanism,establishing the reasonable matching requirements of working environment,creating a culture fully respect employees' value,improve personal accomplishment improving management mechanism,attaches great importance to the employees' motivation and performance.
