As the rapid development of the Internet,mobile products permeate through every corner of our life,which causes big changes of the payment industry and transformation of the payment under the Internet environment.Overall product concept is based on the overall perspective of the products and divides them into different levels.This concept focuses on the needs of the customers and tries to fully optimize the products,which is arming to satisfy the customers to the maximum and improve the product's market competitiveness.This article takes A product of China UnionPay as the research target and tries to explore the optimizing methods from the overall product concept perspective.Firstly,this article shows the current development of domestic mobile payment products.Based on the data of China UnionPay customers' daily feedbacks and questionnaires,this article uses deductive analysis and optimizes A product from different levels like core function,brand image,user loyalty,customer service and financial security,which improves the overall value of A product,expands market shares of China UnionPay mobile payment and strengthens the user base.Apart from this,the article also provides some significance of the optimization of mobile payment products.
