| In recent years,with the unification of mobile payment standards and large-scale construction of the network,mobile payment business has developed rapidly worldwide.In addition,the rapid integration of Internet and finance industry,has brought amount of opportunities to the domestic mobile payment market.As the issuance of hundreds of payment business licenses,a large number of the third-party payment platforms arise rapidly,which has intensified domestic mobile payment competition.It is worthy to study how to position accurately and formulate development strategy to adapt to current economic environment for Company A's mobile payment business under such circumstances.This dissertation aims to analyze the problems in the development of Company A's mobile payment business.On the basis of the industry experience at home and abroad,it has further combined the experience with the real environment of Company A,and proposed the corresponding development strategy.Firstly,it introduced the background,contents and research methods.And then,it provided literature review of strategic management and mobile payment business in the world.Furthermore,it used a variety of tools and theories such as PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and Five-Force model,to comprehensively analyze the internal environment such as organizational structure and profit model,and the external environment such as domestic macroeconomic environment and competitors for Company A.And it proposed that the selection and implementation path of Company A's mobile payment business development strategy.Concrete measures include targeting the young group and focusing on developing their habit of using mobile payment tools developed by Company A,improving differential services and expanding Internet financial contents services.To ensure the realization of Company A's mobile payment business development strategy,this dissertation also put forward the security measures from three aspects,improving the management system,giving full play to the value of human resources and strengthening financial management. |
