The communications industry in 2015 is under rapid development.Industries begin to enter a new stage of full competition in the field of 4G technology.The competition of the communication market has brought new opportunities for the development of enterprises.In order to maintain the innovation ability and the level of competition for grasping the new opportunities,all telecom power enterprises are taking more attention to the development of their own business and improve the quality of products.At present more than 50 large enterprises are in the competition for more market share.The competition is fierce.Leading to serious homogenization of telecom power products,In order to consolidate the territories and keep the victory,powerful companies continue to expand their products lines to the upstream and downstream.The first-tier companies such as Emerson and Delta,by virtue of its strong product cost strategy and relying on the bundling system and other marketing strategy,vigorously develop their own communication power products business.This model has brought tremendous impact on the market.With the increase of market share,strong telecom power manufacturers will strengthen sales of its own brand products.In this case,the strategic competition between enterprises has replaced the traditional product,price,channels and other aspects of the service competition.Based on the above background,combining with the specific circumstances of D communications,and from the telecom power products manufacturer's point of view,the paper discusses the current status of telecom power industry and D company's products.By means of both the internal and external environment analysis,and the analysis of issues encountered by D company,this paper provides particularly an optimization cost strategy for D company's telecom power products.The introduction of the product cost optimization strategy into the telecom power products competition is a feature of this paper and also the creative point thereof.The author hopes provide some useful advises for the development of D company in the harsh competition environment.
