Multi-project resource allocation management is to optimize the allocation of limited human,material and financial resources among multiple projects to meet the needs of different projects to the greatest extent,so as to maximize the profits of enterprises.The scientific and high-quality multi-project resource allocation model is not only a single project management,but also should take the overall development strategy of the enterprise as the overall management goal of the project,and then achieve the rational and effective allocation of limited resources of the enterprise.Firstly,by combing the literature and research results of multi-project management resource allocation at home and abroad,based on this theory,the definition,content,influencing factors and resource allocation methods of multi-project resource allocation are elaborated.Secondly,select Y R&D company as the research object,analyze Y R&D company's enterprise and industry background,project management organization settings,multi-project management process and resource allocation status,and further analyze and summarize Y R&D company's multi-project management and resource allocation problems and reasons by using Fishbone Diagram Analysis.Thirdly,based on the analytic hierarchy process,combined with the analysis of five dimensions of Y R&D company,the key evaluation indexes of multi-project priority are summarized and summarized,the multi-project priority evaluation system model is established,the priority order of multi-project operation is determined,and the problem of multi-project disorderly operation is solved;the linear programming method is used to evaluate the priority order of multi-project.On the basis of this,taking Y R&D company's limited resources: personnel,funds and equipment as constraints variables,aiming at maximizing the company's profits,a linear programming model of resource allocation is constructed to find the optimal solution as the basis of resource allocation,so as to solve the problem of resource allocation contention in multi-project operation,and by establishing a project management office as an alternative project.Former Y R&D company's weak matrix project management organization improves the weakening of project management functions.Finally,the overall plan of multi-project resource allocation management suitable for the long-term development of Y R&D company is constructed,and the smooth implementation of the plan is further ensured by formulating a number of safeguard measures.The core of enterprise multi-project management is how to realize the optimal allocation of limited resources(human,financial and material).Appropriate multi-project resource allocation method is the key factor to ensure the healthy development of enterprises.It is of great practical significance to realize the resource allocation among multiple projects by rational resource allocation methods in enhancing the core competitiveness and economic benefits of enterprises,meeting customer needs and improving customer satisfaction.
