In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,the enterprise market environment is changing rapidly.Enterprises are living in the more complicated and changeable environment.In order to maintain sustainable development,enterprises must analyze the internal and external environments,integrating internal and external resources of enterprises effectively.In addition,they must improve their operation mode and strategies,and improve their overall strength.Project management is applied in more and more enterprises due to the temporary,unique and progressive features.The success or failure of the project is related to the realization of the enterprise's strategic objectives.Therefore,how to determine multi-project priorities,and how to allocate project resources is very important for enterprises to select projects.The thesis firstly introduced the basic situation and the project resources of Company A.Then it analyzes the current situation of project management of Company A through the daily work of Company A,the problems were introduced: 1)the group strictly controlled the resources which resulting in the contradiction between the rising pressure of business indicators and the limited resources of the project.2)Different departments stand in different positions which leading to the conflict of resources in the business sector and the R & D department.3)The serious resource contention between different projects which resulting in the project staff loading is high.The problem focused on the resource allocation and project resource contention.How to solve the priority of multiple projects is the essence.Basined on relevant theories and strategic analysis methods,this thesis analyzed the factors that affected project priorities through two aspects of company A: the market attraction(external factor)and enterprise competitiveness(internal factor)according to the methods of literature research and expert investigation.The results showed that there were 20 factors of priorities evaluation in the project of company A.This thesis built project priority evaluation model by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)for company A,and determined ten factors of priority valuation: market share,projects per capita,technology research and development ability,market scale,business model,project scale,policy risk,competitors and success rate of brand,won the bid,company strategic alignment.Among them,5 factors were market attractiveness(external factor),5 factors were enterprise competitiveness(internal factor).The GE matrix method was used in this article,and the market attractive(external factor)and enterprise competitiveness(internal factor)were used as dimensions.By evaluating 25 projects,this article got GE matrix distribution projects,and ultimately determined the project priority strategies of company A in the year of 2016.Overall,this paper studied the evaluation of project priority for company A.The aim was to build a set of scientific and effective method for evaluating the project priorities to solve the resource allocation problems of multi-projects.
