Study On Reform And Optimization Of Agricultural Extension System In Longyan

In Longyan,the convergence and homogeneity of the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure cause the development of agriculture and the increase of farmers' income hesitate in the new stage of development.The key to solving the development problems in the new era lies in building a bridge between science and technology and farmers' production,rationalizing agricultural extension from top-level design,and transforming agricultural science and technology into the driving force of agricultural sustainable development.In this paper,the historical process and changing track of agricultural extension system in Longyan are summarized.Based on the framework model of agricultural extension,the internal and external environment of agricultural extension in Longyan is analyzed,and the comprehensive benefits of agricultural extension are evaluated.At the same time,the value orientation of agricultural extension system reform is explored from the extension service system and target group system,and the basis of the full text is summarized.On the basis of this,the optimization suggestions are put forward.The study found that there are some problems in the agricultural extension service system of Longyan,such as the management system of rural agricultural extension is not smooth,the staff of agriculturalextension is difficult to match the actual needs,and the staff incentive effect is not good.In terms of the target group system of agricultural extension,there are financial and technological bottlenecks,personnel and management dilemmas.At the same time,there are also problems in communication and interaction between the two systems.In this paper,based on problem orientation,the value orientation of agricultural extension system reform in Longyan is analyzed,the value of extension service system is studied and judged,the purpose value and tool value of extension service system are put forward,the mission value and work embeddedness of extension service system are explored,and the technical entity demand and social mentality demand of extension target group system are promoted.On the basis of summarizing the full text,some optimization suggestions are put forward,such as the regionalization of agricultural extension institutions,the improvement of the professionalism and enthusiasm of extension personnel,and the differential extension of extension projects.
