In human resource management,human performance management is in the core position.The performance management system not only reflects the organizational structure of the company,but also has an important guiding role for the company’s development strategy direction.As the most basic part of the performance management system,the analysis of post work has an irreplaceable role.As the leading force of enterprise development,marketers ’performance management is an important reflection of marketing success and enterprise performance.In the company’s development strategy,the performance management of marketers has an important significance for the development of enterprises.The composition of the performance management system is multifaceted,and the methods of the performance management system are also diverse.Based on the analysis of the current performance management system,according to the specific development status of X company and the future development goals,the existence of the performance management system of X company marketers is analyzed,and corresponding solutions are proposed.Continuously driving the enthusiasm of X company marketers,promoting the development of X company marketers ’performance management system,in the process of continuously promoting X company’s performance management system,using the relevant knowledge of business management,and continuously enriching the current company’s performance management system development.Based on the study of the improvement of the performance management system of the marketing personnel of X company,this paper analyzes further from the marketing personnel of X company,expounds the errors in the performance management that the company faces at present,and strengthens the performance evaluation methods and methods of the marketing personnel of the company.Make this part of the company’s employees in the coming period of time to achieve goals and tasks to reach an agreement,promote the continuous development of the company.
