In the fierce market competition environment, enterprises demand for marketers is moreurgent. And performance management problems of marketer are increasingly apparent, howcan scientific and accurate evaluation of the performance of the marketers, choose what kindof performance management way to promote the marketer’s performance, to eventuallypromote the enterprise’s performance, which is become urgent issue. Ecological humanresources management provides a new perspective to solve these problems, to buildperformance management ecosystem, combined with the characteristics of the marketer,emphasis on the information of natural communication will be good for realizing thesustainable development of the marketer and enterprise.In this paper, on the basis of relevant theoretical study, combined with present situationof the marketer performance management, introduce the marketer performance managementecosystem descriptive model, explain the connotation and analyze constituent elements. Thesystem is divided into the center ring, the inner ring, the outer ring. Then combined withthe interviews explored the possible influence factors of ecosystem, put forward the internalenvironment, the performance evaluation itself, the external environment for marketerperformance management ecosystem has significant positive effect hypothesis. Then do factoranalysis of the collected questionnaire data, and extract the five factors. Do correlationanalysis and regression analysis with the five factors, verify all the assumptions. Todetermine the factors that affects marketer performance management ecosystem, from strongto weak as follows: Strategy, culture, ability, external environment, the application of results.Finally the article proposed to perfect the marketer performance management ecosystemrelevant measures on the basis of understanding factors, and proposed some suggestions toperfect the performance management ecosystem.
