With the continuous advancement of information technology,the digital economy continues to bring new development opportunities and impetus to various industries.In recent years,e-commerce has swept the entire consumer Internet field with rapid momentum,which has greatly promoted industrial upgrading and transformation.At present,the depth from the consumer Internet to the industrial Internet has become a consensus,and more and more traditional enterprrises have opened the way for the strategic transformation of the Internet.Due to the complexity and particularity of the traditional energy industry,although some enterprises have already opened the road of Internet transformation and development,the overall progress is still slow,and the industrial upgrading and transformation has not been realized.SM Trading Center,as an e-commerce platform enterprise affiliated to SM Group Corporation,a large-scale energy enterprise in China,undertakes the important task of SM Group's transformation.and upgrading to the digital economy,and its development will become the key to th e transformation of SM Group's Internet.Therefore,from the perspective of strategic management,it is of practical significance to study the development of e-commerce strategy of SM trading center for SM trading center and SM group business.At the same time,it also has certain research value in the upgrading and transformation of traditional energy enterprises.And draw on meaning.Taking the SM trading center as the core,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the busines s and the existing problems.According to the actual operation of the enterprise,the SWOT and PEST analysis methods are used to analyze the internal and external environment of the company.Secondly,based on environmental analysis,using strategic theory to conduct multi-dimensional evaluation,propose the design plan of SM trading center e-commerce development strategy,determine the company's vision and mission,propose short-term,medium-term and long-term strategic goals:and decompose and implement variorus strategic action plans..Then,from the perspective of implementation guarantee,the improvement measures for the SM company's e-comm erce development strategy in terms of system construction,technology construction,organization construction human resources,and cultural construction are proposed.Through strategic layout and optimization,it is expected to enhance the company's profitability and help in the innovation of commodity trading systems such as coal.
